What if I forgot password?

Greetings! If you find yourself unable to access your account, please navigate to the login page and select the “Forget Password” option. Subsequently, enter your username and proceed to set a new password. It is important to note that your new password must meet the following criteria: a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit, and 1 special symbol.

Once you have successfully set the new password, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code (OTP). Upon entering the correct code, your login password will be changed successfully. You can now utilize your new password to log in to your RewardsLink account.

How to offset the total payment?

To utilize your reward points for payment offset, simply click on the “Redeem Reward Points” function. Is it possible to withdraw my Rewards points?

As of our current policy, users are unable to withdraw their reward points. The points are designed to be utilized within the Rewards program for various benefits and offerings. How can I make payment for my mobile/utilities bill?

To initiate payment for your mobile phone/utility bill, please click to the “Bills” section at the top of the homepage. Choose the specific option corresponding to your bill, input your account information, and select your desired payment amount. The system will process the payment within 24 hours.

Additionally, you have the option to use your rewards to offset the full payment amount. Please note that 90% of the bill amount should be paid through other payment channels, while the remaining 10% can be offset by reward points. What is the daily limit for offsetting with and without KYC?

The daily limit for non-KYC users is 100 rewards points, while KYC users can offset up to 10,000 rewards points.

The rate of Rewards Points to other country? How to calculate?

All reward points calculations are in MYR. For users in regions other than Malaysia, we will convert the points into their region’s currency based on the daily rate provided by the Central Bank of Malaysia. Please note that 1 Rewards Point is equivalent to 0.5 MYR. Thank you for your understanding.

On the main page, click on ‘Scan/QR’ at the centre of the bottom and choose ‘Wallet QR.’ To ‘Receive’ Reward Points, select ‘Wallet QR’ in the function column, and the system will display a QR code page. Those who wish to transfer rewards to your account can scan this code, completing the successful transfer to your account. One phone number its only able to register one account?
